Acer Laptop Forced Restart

by Darryl Smith
(England, Tipton West Midlands)

I Recently put my laptop in sleep mode after it was in power saver mode and tried to switch it back o but it would not work.

The light was flashing orange which indicates sleep mode, I was pressing the button fast but nothing worked so I held it down for a forced shutdown.

Then when I switched it back on and logged on a lot of system errors popped up saying Certain Programs had stopped working and where shut down such as Tea Timer, Windows Explorer, Control Panel, Window Media Player and many more.

After this a blue screen popped up saying the computer has been switched of because of a harmful or unwanted program is this a virus??? Please help me!!!
