dell Better than a HP

My HP story is scary and costly.
I owned one hp, the mother board of which had to be changed two times in three years it was with me. There was no time that it had no problem.
some problem or the other was always there.

At the same time my wife had a dell vostro and was never complaining.
The specs of both the laptops were the same.
I had an opportunity for a real life comparision between both the brands. The customer support for the hp is tough to get through.
Take a lesson from my real life story and get a Dell.
