"How Can I Email Many Files Without Any Trouble?"
If you have ever had to email many files and folders to someone but didn't know how to do it then you are in luck.
You are going to learn how to do it today.
It's really easy and you are going to feel like a computer expert.
To do this as easily as possible, first make an desktop icon of all the files and folders that you want to send.
Group them together and right click all of them.
After that, go to Send To -> Compressed (zipped) Folder
After that, you will probably get a pointless error message similar to the one below. Don't worry about what it means and just click Yes.
Once you click yes your new zipped folder will be created!
That wasn't so hard was it? Now you have your very own, ready-made zip file that you can send to whoever you want.
If you are familiar with sending an attachment by email, simply attach whatever zip file that you created
Sending everything in a Zip folder has many advantages. It makes the size of the file much smaller. It also allows you to send things that you otherwise would not have been able to send.
So the next time you want to send someone a bunch of files and folders, don't forget this handy tip and you will feel like a computer expert.
