Laptop hangs and Bootup problem

I had purchased Dell Inspiron E1505 Laptop a year back.

Until last month, I couldn't see any issue with my laptop, just it went fine without creating any issue.

On December Last week 2009, my laptop didn't turn on and it create a strange issue,
When I Pressed the Power, the initial boot up went fine ie.. the Power button and the ethernet slot and Hard-disk drive are blinking but the screen wasn't dead.

So I contacted my friend who is working in DELL Laptop service center, he had taken my laptop and solved the Screen issue within a week.

I have asked him the reason for the Screen issue, he told that the issue is with the video card of the laptop, he had installed a new video card.

After installing the video card, my laptop behaves normally.

The people in the Dell laptop customer care are good, because they were trying to find the problem from their site. if it is not resolved they will do the home service.

Overall, I'm very please with Dell's customer service!
