1. They have without questions the lowest prices of any top brand.

2. They are usually the first to carry a specific computer part.

3. I've owned Dell's for 10 years now and never had any major problems.

4. Every time I've contacted customer support I have had someone quickly reply.

5. I love how you have so many configuration options.

6. Their site is by far the easiest to use.

7. I also like how they constantly are having huge promotions.

8. They have incredibly fast shipping. I have always gotten my computer within two weeks. Usually much sooner.

9. I like how you can go on their site and see exactly where it is in the ordering process.

And my final reason..

10. Dell was the first computer I have ever bought, and I have had no reason why I should buy anything else!
